From The Pastor’s Pen…

For 133 years, First Missionary Baptist Church of Sheffield, AL has been a beacon in the Sheffield community.  We continue to make our mark as we strive to be a “Christ Centered, Bible Based and Kingdom Focused Church”.

We are thankful to God for blessing us to be a blessing to others and to show forth the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We are equally grateful for the loving people God has blessed our church with.

We are a church with a rich history, and we are yet striving to remain faithful to the “Cause of Christ” in order to maintain our legacy.

I am grateful to have served this great congregation and I look forward to many more years of leading this church while making a difference in the community.
